New one for us; still scratching our heads. Recently upgraded the FMC to 14.0; think it may be related. First few flights after the upgrade were fine but now on we get the message DATALINK FULL. I didn’t even know that message existed; we only ever see READY or INOP.

It appears a cache is full and not dumping data.

We’re stumped; appreciate any advice. Will update if we hear anything back from Boeing on our SR.

I hope it has been resolved, but we were told to swap database cycles back and forth to clear the cache for a wile, a while back, on the bus. Hope it helps

We have a CB reset procedure on the ground.
