B737NG Datalink Full

New one for us; still scratching our heads. Recently upgraded the FMC to 14.0; think it may be related. First few flights after the upgrade were fine but now on we get the message DATALINK FULL. I didnít even know that message existed; we only ever see READY or INOP.

It appears a cache is full and not dumping data.

Weíre stumped; appreciate any advice. Will update if we hear anything back from Boeing on our SR.

Hi! Have you found any new information about it? On our fleet we're having the same issue with U14.0. Thanks!

I hope it has been resolved, but we were told to swap database cycles back and forth to clear the cache for a wile, a while back, on the bus. Hope it helps
