I was amused by the recently announced CAA guidance on recreational flying in England:
https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-recreational-general-aviation/coronavirus-covid-19-recreational-general-aviation
The third option allows "flights in aircraft where social distancing measures can be maintained - such as tandem cockpits spaced by more than 2 metres..."
The mind boggles. Has there ever been any aircraft with tandem cockpits spaced more than two metres apart?!

Two metres apart looks irrelevant in a closed cockpit light aircraft, where the same air is being shared for ~ 1 hour or more.
Two metres apart looks irrelevant in a tandem open cockpit aircraft such as a Tiger Moth, where it is likely the same air isn't being shared.
(How far apart the are I can't remember, of I ever knew.)

Handley-Page Hampden, perhaps :) ? Nobody cared to specify both positions should be facing forward, after all ...

We are! I think at least two current rebuild projects will appear as two seaters.

There are some great suggestions here, though thankfully soon to be rendered irrelevant. Mechta your suggestion of a Fairey Battle has an even better variant for socially distanced training:
