Kind of sketchy write-up. Second link has a pax video alleging pax were moved from certain seats and there's an odd noise in the background.

I've been on a UAL 747 that dropped a gear door climbing through FL190 out of O'Hare - that caused a significant amount of vibration, but no noise that I recall.

DL148 told BOS tower that they had an aft cargo heat system 'runaway' and the temp was dropping back down. ARFF followed them to the gate as they taxied in normally.
