BBC News is reporting long delays due to a problem with refuelling aircraft following an earlier electrical issue.

Looks like most flights are delayed by 3 hours or more at present, and a fair few inbound heading to Liverpool, Leeds and Birmingham.

Yeah, we were there. After landing we weren't at first told the scope of the problem. Naturally, we didn't have enough of fuel to take off and fly to another airport so we were stuck there, thinking our options. Good thing was we got a few hundred kgs out of some bowser and could hop to liverpool to refuel eventually. 'twas a long day

Thank you MAN crew for your help yesterday, hopefully we learned something from this going forward, cheers
