Sounds like a fly by nighter , why would you with Air Nz and Jetstar Recruiting.

Because, SR, maybe they want to fly freight? Maybe they love the Classic? Maybe the like the lifestyle? Maybe they want to fly at night? Maybe they want to sleep in their own bed every night (...day)? Maybe they interviewed recently with another major carrier, and are in the middle of a 12/24 month bloc period because they failed the psychometric, or the interview?
There's lots of reasons. Be supportive.

Thanks pi for posting (Y)

Whilst on the topic of 737 operators...anyone able to give me the low down on Airwork? Having looked at the t and c more interested in the morale and duties and management support?

Who cares? The advert said they’re offering

Membership of Aviation Crew Limited Partnership

Surely that’s enough?

Competitive preset monthly income with guaranteed annual increments
