Because, SR, maybe they want to fly freight? Maybe they love the Classic? Maybe the like the lifestyle? Maybe they want to fly at night? Maybe they want to sleep in their own bed every night (...day)? Maybe they interviewed recently with another major carrier, and are in the middle of a 12/24 month bloc period because they failed the psychometric, or the interview?
There's lots of reasons. Be supportive.

Thanks pi for posting (Y)

Who cares? The advert said they’re offering
  • Membership of Aviation Crew Limited Partnership
Surely that’s enough?

Ahhh don’t worry about that, once you have secured membership of Aviation Crew Limited Partnership you’ll be pretty stoked won’t you?
