Hi there ,
Reading 61.31, one can easily understand when a type rating is required to operate
1: A jet powered aircraft
2: A large aircraft
However,
3: (3) Other aircraft (https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=8e9caab04f792d93d0738c9d3290164e&term_occur=2&term_src=Title:14:Chapter:I:Subchapter:D:Part:61:Subpart:A:6 1.31) specified by the Administrator (https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=0c265d2e5b0cc0d1944056607ecc5df4&term_occur=1&term_src=Title:14:Chapter:I:Subchapter:D:Part:61:Subpart:A:6 1.31) through aircraft (https://www.law.cornell.edu/definitions/index.php?width=840&height=800&iframe=true&def_id=8e9caab04f792d93d0738c9d3290164e&term_occur=3&term_src=Title:14:Chapter:I:Subchapter:D:Part:61:Subpart:A:6 1.31) type certificate procedures.

Has the administrator publish a list of such aircraft ?

How would you prove that a TR is not required under FARs to operate a Ce208 for example to a foreign administrator ?

I can’t find an official text that says no TR required for that aircraft...

Yes, they have. By process of elimination, if it's not on the list you don't need a type on your certificate.
