Type rating required FAR.61.31

Hi there ,
Reading 61.31, one can easily understand when a type rating is required to operate
1: A jet powered aircraft
2: A large aircraft
However,
3: (3) Other aircraft specified by the Administrator through aircraft type certificate procedures.

Has the administrator publish a list of such aircraft ?

How would you prove that a TR is not required under FARs to operate a Ce208 for example to a foreign administrator ?

I can’t find an official text that says no TR required for that aircraft...

Yes, they have. By process of elimination, if it's not on the list you don't need a type on your certificate.
