Where is the cheapest flt school to do a single engine Clas rating
in the Uk....???

You can do a single engine class rating at any school that teaches PPLs in the UK. That means probably 100 or more schools, so getting an accurate answer to the question is unlikely. Narrow your geographical area down and post on 'Private Flying' and you may get a helpful answer.
