I'm looking for Doc 8585, edition more recent than 149 we're still stuck with...

I hope I'm not breaking any rule mods...

Latest edition is, I think, 167. US$255 direct from ICAO.

Thanks Dave...but I'm not yet prepared to make a $225 gift to my provider. I was looking for something probably older but..., how shall I put it, free

Jeez.. $255 for 268 pages. When I was studying ICAO docs I recall that they were printed on fairly ordinary paper with paper covers. Someone knows how to make few bucks!

There's a 164 floating around, about a year old:

EDIT: Here's a 165 http://www.rma-eurasia.ru/downloads/ICAO/Eurasia_RMA_ICAO_Doc8585-165_ru.pdf

Latest versions are a big improvement......no longer do you have to look up the operator [from the Flight Plan 3 letter code] and then check another part of the document to get the R/T callsign....all on the same page now.
