Doc. 8585 recent edition

I'm looking for Doc 8585, edition more recent than 149 we're still stuck with...

I hope I'm not breaking any rule mods...

Jeez.. $255 for 268 pages. When I was studying ICAO docs I recall that they were printed on fairly ordinary paper with paper covers. Someone knows how to make few bucks!

Latest versions are a big improvement......no longer do you have to look up the operator [from the Flight Plan 3 letter code] and then check another part of the document to get the R/T callsign....all on the same page now.
