It depends on type and company.

Here, the minimum B/C is 0,2, but additional restrictions such as a reduced maximum crosswind component apply.

Lots about take off, but much less about landing - you may not have an option!!

As this subject is all tied up in the company operations manual there is unlikely to be a definitive answer as what is good in one company may be prohibited in another.

Most operators prohibit landing with "poor" braking action reported but I am sure that someone on this forum will come up with an example where it is allowed.

An example of the diffence in company stance is that a company I know is allowed to use the BA in the first two thirds of a runway if they can stop in the first two thirds and disregard the BA in the last third. Another company I know of mandates the use of only the lowest BA for the runway.

Landing and take off on a runway with reported braking action poor (0.25 or lower) is not allowed, however for take off that applies to the whole runway, for landing only for the required landing distance.
