Are low Cost Indexes (CI) with corresponding low programed descent SPDs effecting ATC seperation?
Also without any STAR restrictions until 10,000' is it expected to transition from MACH to 300kts IAS as standard unless instructed otherwise.
I have observed with Managed (Airbus A320 - A380) SPD and low CI sometimes the IAS on descent can reduce below 280kts. I request that 300 kts be maintained unless a lower SPD is required or requested by ATC.
