Hi all,
I would like to fly privately VFR to Moscow Ramenskoye on MAKS this year for static display. Problem is, that a/c is not IFR certified, so VFR only (I am CPL, SE/IR, ME/IR holder). All the way I want to stay around FL100 according to VFR level requirements (so FL95, FL115, or level 3300m in Russian units). Near by Moscow I will probably fly under Vnukovo TMA (and avoid CTR), cross Ostafyevo CTR and then fly below TMA and avoid CTR of Domodedovo via WT NDB to Ramenskoye. It means to stay aproximately at 900ft AGL, which is no problem to me (and I hope also no problem for ATCs).

I just want to ask, if anybody know about any special rules, requirements, ideas to above mentioned route etc.? Such as if is still necessary to have Russian navigator on board or so.

Thank you for any ideas or comments.
