No ECAM warning for flap lever fault. The Slats/flaps remain in their commanded position (the aircraft is unaware you have requested them to move) therefore no ECAM. You may get an overspeed warning on departure, without the commanded speed bug being in the overspeed red area.

Many years ago there was a flap lever fault with on Lufties 321. The slats went uncommanded up during rotation.....

If you have a complete CSU (Command Sensor Unit) failure your warning would be:
F/CTL FLAPS LOCKED
F/CTL SLATS LOCKED

If it is partially U/S the warning depends on what part is defect. Possible is:
F/CTL FLAP SYS 1 FAULT or
F/CTL FLAP SYS 2 FAULT or
F/CTL SLAT SYS 1 FAULT or
F/CTL SLAT SYS 2 FAULT
