CRJ200 for UTair [Archive]

Dear colleagues:

The first crj200 for Utair is already painted and ready to go to Russia
Bombardier signed a leasing contract for up to 20 crj200 for that company.
I'd like to know who is going to fly those airplanes, because russian rules or union rules doesnt allow to fly comercial airplanes by foreign pilots, only russian pilots.
At least for initial training, TRE TRI?????

I recall reading somewhere that they are looking at changing that law

More than one month since first crj200 was painted whit Utair colours.
Anybody has news about company??

The 3rd CRJ is in Germany for painting, I'm asking myself what about the other two??

I have seen many Russian pilots in ICARE training center in France. They started the ground school last week.
