CRJ200 for UTair

Dear colleagues:

The first crj200 for Utair is already painted and ready to go to Russia
Bombardier signed a leasing contract for up to 20 crj200 for that company.
I'd like to know who is going to fly those airplanes, because russian rules or union rules doesnt allow to fly comercial airplanes by foreign pilots, only russian pilots.
At least for initial training, TRE TRI?????

The 3rd CRJ is in Germany for painting, I'm asking myself what about the other two??

I have seen many Russian pilots in ICARE training center in France. They started the ground school last week.
