JAR FCL 'Legal' Status

Whilst I appreciated that it has never had any real legal clout within the UK, now that the JAA has officially ceased to exist ( Joint Aviation Authorities (http://www.jaa.nl) ) and EASA has not assumed any official responsibilities for FCL or Medical matters, what is the LEGAL situation within the UK so far as these issues go? :confused:

If it ain't with EASA, it's still with whoever had it before - as merlin says, it'll be at the Belgrano for UK
