Simple - what really happened? It might be in English, but far from aviation one... Flight inspector? Only 1500m? What was Israir doing, departing, landing?

Sorry, can anyone translate that article? I don't get itTry substituting "air traffic controller" for "flight inspector". It's quite clear then.

FWIW, the Hebrew for "controller" and "inspector" is the same word: pakach.

Nevertheless, the Jerusalem Post's syntax left a lot to be desired.
