Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I am trying to find out how to get hold of Canadian braking action figures which dont seem to be available on the published snowtams

Here is the CYYR one from today:

A 90% Bare/Dry runway with a trace of dry snow will not normally have a CRFI (Canadian Runway Friction Index) value measured as the runway average will equate to a Bare/Dry runway value of .8 or maximum braking. Such conditions would normally only have a runway surface condition reported in plain language.

See the Canadian AIM. (http://www.tc.gc.ca/CivilAviation/publications/tp14371/AIR/1-1.htm#1-6)
