So, as I put in the title:
Do you specifiy some kind of altitude minimum when issuing low approach (or low pass) clearance?
For example: cleared for low approach rwy23, not below 500 feet, qnh1013, wind xx.
Or you think it is unnecesary?!
What does ICAO or any other national document say about this topic?
