Is there a site where one can access a diagram of the apron / stand layouts at NCL ? I've seen these published in the past for the likes of LHR etc.

Yep HERE (http://www.ais.org.uk/aes/login.jsp)

You need to subscribe its free. Then go to:

Publications/UK AIP/The UK AIP Package/UK AIP/Aerodrome Data/Aerodromes Specific.

Then you've got the choice of all the current UK airport charts to choose from.

I'm thinking that this is not the end to Jet2's expansion at NCL. With gaps in the programme, other new routes are a possibility. They could definately go further afield than the average 2.5 hour flights locos usually go for. ACE to increase their presence in Canaries and possibly give NCL a scheduled link to Cyprus, particularly with a based 757, as definately a struggle for 733!

I must say that J2 seem to have it right. They are not just focusing on routes on a daily basis but expanding the scope and including routes which probably would not work on a daily basis, but which do work on serving them a few times a week. By doing this, it is widening the number of potential routes from the UK's smaller airports.

In the space of a year, they have managed to compete with easy, now serving KRK, PMI, AGP, VLC, LEI, AMS, BGO, ORK, MJV, MAH, PSA, TFS and CMF though not all during same season, i.e some are winter and some are summer only - again maximising possibilities.

No idea what it is now, but Jet2 will be basing a total of 4 aircraft next summer.

That is correct, G-CELA is a QC (Quick Change) though, not fully Cargo (obviously) and operates the NCL-STN-NCL mail run on Mon-Fri nights.

Well, according to the FR route map and flight search engine both MME and NCL will get flights to GRO not sure about frequencies though. Also, flights aren't bookable yet.

Looks like its going to be a nightmare summer for EZY next year, now being challenged on BCN, as well as ALC (TOM), IBZ (TOM), AGP (LS, TOM) and PMI (LS, TOM). I hope EZY take all this the right way and pull their finger out, rather than just let NCL rot, a la EMA. I like EZY but don't like the way they have treated pax.
