I am looking for examples of airfields/strips that have been granted certificates of lawful use by local planning authorities or at appeal.Am especially interested in periods of inactivity that have been deemed acceptable ..e.g. no actual flying for a month or more.
Having a bit of ongoing trouble locally ,because ,although our airsrtip clearly marked and exclusively used for flying ,maintenance etc gives gaps in actual flying use.Help!

Steve Gilbert's the operator and runs the maintenance facility.
He's often difficult to track down.

My local microlight strip Darley Moor. Got it despite a running battle with local nimbys. Had it challenged then won on appeal.
