The question is: did someone have the performance for T/O and landing with an isa+10C and +15C function of the weight.

I havent seen an Embraer Airport Planning document nor can i find one on their site. They are using computerized takeoff performance utilizing the first principle method of calculation, therefore any research that you require will be time consuming.
