ERJ-170 Performance for T/O and Landing

Hi, every body.

Did some one have information or a website link on T/O and Landing performance of the ERJ 170. If you have tables or graph it will be fantastic....

The question is: did someone have the performance for T/O and landing with an isa+10C and +15C function of the weight.

I havent seen an Embraer Airport Planning document nor can i find one on their site. They are using computerized takeoff performance utilizing the first principle method of calculation, therefore any research that you require will be time consuming.
