Strange, I was having this conversation with someone today.
My choice would be the 206 but believe they are not as commonly available.
Otherwise, I don't know much about them I'm afraid.

Different aeroplanes altogether.
Whatever suits your 'mission profile' best.

Only real similarity to me would be load availability and 6 seats.
They are both good haulers. Saratoga is a nice bit quicker but less short field performance and retractable means £.
And they're both thirsty!

From the purely back-seat driver point of view the 206 has it over the Saratoga - perhaps based on a trip many, many moons ago in a Cherokee Six. Don't ask me why, the 206 has some sort of charisma for me... Saratoga doesn't.
