Who has read the latest pearl of wisdom from the illustrious CEO (brother-in-law of the Ex-Minister of Aviation) regarding ATO/Delegate indemnification?

What do you all think?
Is private professional indemnity insurance really the burning issue or is it something else?

Not just ATO's, its anybody with a CASA delegation eg CAR 35 Engineers and the like.
