Indemnification of ATOs
Who has read the latest pearl of wisdom from the illustrious CEO (brother-in-law of the Ex-Minister of Aviation) regarding ATO/Delegate indemnification?

What do you all think?
Is private professional indemnity insurance really the burning issue or is it something else?

You thoughts please and let us make an effort to write a response to CASA before their deadline.

Not just ATO's, its anybody with a CASA delegation eg CAR 35 Engineers and the like.
