If you've got a microlight rating as well, I believe a few microlight schools are in need. You could try Redlands (Swindon) for a start.

June Pilot has an advert for Instructors at Brooklands Flying Club based at Sywell.
Guess it depends on your definition of "South" - for me anything north of the Thames should be marked "Here be Dragons" on charts :p

Where in "the south" it's a big place! Also, do you mean a full time job or ad hoc part time work? I'm a cfi, in the south and I somtimes need ad hoc FIs; PM me if you like.
