Hi fellow instructors,
In a couple of weeks I'll pass 3000 hrs Instruction given:eek:
If you ever need a reason to drink:ok:
I think I've lost my sanity a long time ago together with my patience but still enjoy every flight I do.
Some stats:
>80 students completed
10 new instructors trained
7 students scared away (by me, I apologize to all of 'em)
6 partial engine failures (one at night :{ )
3 vacuum pump failures
2 crashes witnessed ( one fatal)
1 tire blown on landing
Never any damage/incidents/accidents (knock on wood)
Can I get some feedback on your hrs instr. given and some of the funny/horror stories?
I've had a wild time in the last 3.5 years
:ok:

Scary statistics concerning the failures

2000 hrs of instruction
40 students fully trained
1 total engine failure
2 radio failures

3 fully qualified and dedicated engineers:p

Nothing scary I'm afraid but lots of lovely time:)

I have about 3000 hours Instructing, the only really scary times is when the student can fly much better than me !
