The actual line from the article:

"The DART transit will run from Luton Airport to Luton Airport Parkway Station and will cut down journey times from Luton Airport to central London to about 30 minutes, replacing the current shuttle bus."

That's not what it says. It says the shuttle will cut the journey from the airport to London to 30 minutes from, one assumes, c.36 minutes. Perhaps read things rather than searching desperately for confirmation bias?!

The newspaper article was substantially altered from the originally provided link. The story did state that the bus took over 30 minutes and the Dart will take less than two. I have tried to find a cached version but can't.

No mention about a commitment to allowing only Net Zero aircraft into Luton by 2040 which is 99% of the pollution created.

So how much money will Luton Rising be investing in next-generation aircraft, engines and fuel? I would say nothing so it sounds like another misleading statement or maybe there will be a whip-round for spare change.

Is there anyway of finding out how many passengers are on certain flights. Obviously the manifest of names will never be in the public domain, but just general numbers per flight

This has been their level on ski season Saturdays in the past. Good to see that it's back up to normal.

No - the CAA publish monthly stats of passenger numbers by route, but the number of passengers on individual flights are not available

Meanwhile at Luton and after borrowing £517m that has yet to add a single passenger the council presses on while calling the proposed near doubling of passengers green growth. It is fortunate that LRT has the council as its banker is it would be bankrupt by now.
