befree oct5th..........

so what about cvt? i know the danger is there regarding tom leaving cvt, but does anyone know exactly who cvt have been in talks with.. i find it interesting that ezy hasn't expanded winthin the last year at bhx. perhaps they are coming to cvt . personally i think cvt should build the 1 million pax terminal asap. let it run and then apply for bigger terminal. apply to locost airlines of europe asap for traffic to cvt especially with the discounted landing fees they're offering...

Isn't it embarassing when you realize you don't have a 'shift' key on your computer?

CVT will probably give up the ghost with passenger stuff and concentrate on Cargo and Exec stuff......
As far as the main airports go, now is the time the loco ops are needed. Airports will survive they may not make as much profit as previously for a couple of years but they will make profits. Airlines come and Airlines go but the one constant is the Airport.
It seems pointless everyone joining in with the general panic that is causing all the trouble.
This is not the first and it won't be the last recession I've ridden out at the Airport...Chins up one and all....:ok:

Has any airport actually 'gone under'? They are key economic locations of strategic importance. In the current climate some might be sold to other management companies or even nationalised but I can't see padlocks going on any gates
Manston / Kent International is a basket case. Just seeing any aircraft movement there seems to be big news here.
