I don't want to get side-tracked into a discussion on Dublin, but the Tuesday and Saturday flights are cancelled there in the latter half of September and October.

As you point out, WOW's scheduling can be very reactive, so it's probably a case of Watch This Space for November.
Not to drag it on but they filled the following schedule with DUB pre summer season. Now I have not been watching WOW website so they could of re-added Tue/Sat for late summer since but this is what was planned pre summer start:

1234567 - 6 April-4 June

1234567 - 5 June-17 September
--3---7 - 5 June-17 September

1-345-7 - 18 September-28 October
--3---7 - 18 September-28 October

(1 = Monday)
