Luton - Chambery
I'm flying here on Sat Feb 1st for a weeks skiing with Thompson, flight number AWC985C arriving 1740 local. Having searched for info on this route, I get the strong impression that diversions to Lyon are rife due to weather / tricky approach etc. Firstly, does anybody have a rough idea as to how many flights actually make it in to Chambery?......and Secondly, who the carrier is / aircraft type?
Many thanks

Based on the past 4 weekends, if the weather's not absolutely shocking and you're in a 737-300 (which you will be), you really should get in. It's often more getting out that's the problem.

Def a Titan 737-300, it operates Stansted-Chambery-Luton then reverse (But is does not fly backwards, not unless the head wind is VERY strong!), so if it cannot get into Cambery the leg into Luton could be late.
Plenty of snow outside my cage for free at the moment, so no need to go to the French Alps!
