Golden Sun drop tinpot carriers, choose Excel, Monarch for S03

Seems like Golden Sun learnt their lesson from last years debacle with Transjet, their Summer 03 whole aircraft lines will be operated at LGW by XLA and MAN by Monarch.

Who's doing their NCL flights? Excel or MD Airlines? I've notticed that they have introduced Chania as a new destination for NCL also this year...

SO WHO WILL THE LIKES OF MD AIRLINES AND THE OTHER TIN POT CHATERS BE WORKING FOR.

GOLDENSUN / KOSMAR ARE REKNOWN FOR USING THESE CHEAP CARRIERS SO TO USE EXCEL AND MONARCH...THEY MUST HAVE GOT A GOOD DEAL OR ARE THEY PAYING OVER THE ODDS TO TRY AND GET THE COMPANIES REPUTATION BACK TO WHERE IT WAS.

HAVING WORKED FOR TRANSJET MYSELF.... GOLDENSUN WERE JUST AS BAD AND ALOT OF THE PROBLEMS CAME FROM THEM WHICH THEN MADE IT LOOK LIKE THE AIRLINES FAULT.

ANYONE KNOW OF ANYTHING ELSE

MANY THX

the main problem transjet accepted a unworkable programme from the broker meridian, and were happy slot busting or trying to operate flights to small greek airports where they did not hold slots or operating anything up to 8 hrs off slot, this caused a lot of grief for all pax, crew etc etc. but TJ would not stand up to meridian, who were the first to shaft transjet.

thats the basic bones of it
