Aptitude tests?

I was wondering if anyone has an example of an airline aptitude test either for sponsorship or for job interviews etc?

There's one called the Watson-Glaser test - I've no examples of it but it's a critical thinking analysis test...

Other tests are often fairly typical arithmetic, spatial & linguistic tests, checking your accuracy & speed.
