do they have a contract lined up for them presumably? Otherwise it seems odd to take on four of them as I can't imagine much ad hoc work out there given a lot of the European networks run on 737-3/4 size now... wish them good luck though, the passenger ones have certainly been busy this summer!

Not much available between the ATR72 and B.737 equipment. Lots of interest in contract, ACMI and ad hoc flights for an aircraft capable of carrying up to 12 tonnes. When four good aircraft become available at short notice at the right price you have to commit to buy them when they are available, or risk losing them elsewhere! Good opportunity for Jota. Same AOC, same Crews, same Engineers, same Spares! Fits nicely with the current fleet and operation. And yes there is a need in Europe for a dedicated freighter like this.

Jota seem to have some new contacts coming up and are recruiting now for Cabin Crew (French speaking is a top bonus)

Their Facebook page has all the details - seems a nice little outfit to work for - They also have Ops travel, and rostering positions too I believe.

They have been doing a lot of work for HOP lately, I would think that is why they want people who can speak French. Taking Arsenal to Cardiff today from Luton. Yesterday took Liverpool FC to East Midlands for the game at Leicester today. Flying time 24 minutes! Usually G-SMLA employed on these flights.

Jota operated its inaugural BA.e146QT cargo charter in the early hours of this morning when it carried a large load of car parts from Poznan to Liverpool.
They are promoting Go-Now availability which includes providing a quotation within five minutes of call and airborne within 90 minutes of confirmation
