Did a little digging on the live on-line Air Quality Web sites and pollution levels at the Airport were lower than Central Town or Dunstable Road during 2019 so linking this storey looks to have political motives rather than anything else of the question of airport expansion. By that time the DART will be up and running so "hopefully" car journeys will decrease, unless we are all using electric cars by then.

The way passengers are greeted in the arrivals waiting area I do wonder if they know the meaning of social distancing but then everyone inside the terminal is virus free because they feel well. I do wonder if someone was taken ill either here or abroad would they still catch their booked flight home? It sort of reminds me of that SNP MP who travelled back to Scotland on the train. I just hope their aircraft is parked on a contact stand that doesn't require coaching the passengers as it is still the case of ramming passengers into a single bendy bus if physically possible. Yes we have all been there except nothing has changed during this pandemic but we have been told that wearing a mask offers the protection needed so social distancing doesn't apply on the airside coaches.

You're not 'socially distant' on the aircraft you've just come off, so what makes the bus such a special case.
