Apparently it is true. The Swedish term is “företagsrekonstruktion” and it was received by the court (Stockholms tingsrätt) on Tuesday and allocated the case number Ä12776.
Affretage (Air Sweden's apparent cheer leader in chief on this forum) has been very quiet recently....

I no longer work for them, hence the radio silence.
I am not sure what is going on these days, but I have heard from former colleagues that things are not looking too good and that the company is now in some sort of chapter 11 bankruptcy protection ?
Also their Airbus SE-RJN has been reposessed by the leasing company, causing serious problems for Travel Service who Air Sweden were flying for.
Transportstyrelsen (CAA) will no doubt be revoking the ops licence one last time. Only this time Air Sweden will not be able to pull a last minute stunt in the courts
Shame. This could have been a really great airline !
