Hi lovely
I have read your posts with interest.
just another little snippet for you.
If you buy an ATOL protected seat this year about £1.70 goes directly to the CAA to help pay off the debts of previous Wyatt failures + about 5p on every credit card payement goes towards refunding the banks over the CC losses , in respect of, yes you've guessed it Wyatt.
Yes we all know what he is like, we all have and are paying for his past failures.

Well presumably because you haven't threatened to sue the contributors to this thread the comments made must be factually correct or fair comment. What do you say Mr Wyatt?

I'm sure they are. Keeping out of court must be a day to day challenge requiring a small army of highly paid lawyers given the track record emerging here.

Freedom of speech is correct
I dont want to take any legal action -but when comments
are pure libel and vindictive ,you must take a position

Please find it in yourselves as Airline professionals to review the TRUE position as opposed to being SHEEP...

It took over ten years to build XL - i am not a short term person...
Its not my fault or anyone individual why Icelands banking system collapsed ..followed by the UK

My mandate has always been a safe and secure operation first and this
has and will never change,
There are many pilots to choose from but i personally would only want the best in XL or any business i was involved in

The UK Aviation business now has NO room for entrepeneurs like myself so please sleep easy and vent your venom on those who deserve it
i will carry on in other interests that fall outside of ownership or Airline investment.

In this sector Mr Cameron will have to wait for the countries saviour!

Goodnight and please be balanced with your views and try and improve the industry as oppoesed to making it the laughing stock of commerce
with ALL the gossip and rubbish that is digested

If some on PPRUNE are as good as you convey ..why dont you put your hands in your pockets risk your assets / houses/cars etc etc..and DO IT!

GOOD LUCK

For those who have a brain and use it and get on with life and business and put their own money where their moths and index
finger sit..

Those who work for the VIs who cannot see their model needs to change and will be replaced by ACMI aircraft SUMMER ONLY crewed by EU nationals or Canadians as part of VI model (very sensible by the way!)
and reduce costs.... if HIGH fuel doesnt do it natrually

Those who havent got a clue and will post some more bxxx about me
or something else because they are spineless and nameless people
(that can be traced) but are clueless SHEEP....

To the smiley girl in the corner of the office

We should try putting our house/car/assets at risk?!
Thats what most pilots do in order to fund their training. This was also risked in much greater depth when Viking decided oh well we aren't going to pay our staff money they have earnt and are also entitled to. Viking decided not to pay me almost £12,500 and the knock on effect of that was that i'v had to sell my car and my parents house was at risk of being repossessed! Now it seems the people responsible for this are attempting to get back into business under a new umbrella so they can run away from money they owe their hard working staff!

To the people responsible..... Shame on you. The fact you can sleep at night speaks volumes about your character!

I was wondering when the next love22fly comment would pop up praising the Wyatts.
If that is Phil Wyatt commenting, i'm sure his "legal" team would advise not too. The reason why people are so negative about you and any operation you are linked with is because of your history. Also you have pissed off alot in the industry leaving people struggling to pay bills etc while you sit back in your mansion.
You use the same system everytime and it fails and with fuel costs rising i personally dont think it will last ( my opinion).
If you are getting peeved at the stuff being said on this forum then don't join in or look at this website.
I do believe Phil Wyatt took the fall for the XL collapse but again i do believe he didnt keep track of the business and let others run it into the ground.

So did you lose your home/car etc when XL or Viking failed Mr Wyatt? Did you have to apply for council housing after you lost your personal fortune when the company went bust? I somehow doubt it, but I'm sure that your previous employees would be interested to know the facts if this is the case.

Now I don't normally believe anything in the daily Mail so I am prepared to be informed if this article is incorrect;
Public enemy number one: The rise and fall of the XL chief - a man who was born to be a high flier | Mail Online This asset could have paid quite a few staff who were not paid wages at the time.

The questions raised by other contributors seem to be about the fundamental viability of the business model that the companies you ran were operating.

One more question Mr Wyatt; given your comment above if you are not involved with Torair, why make the comment about your lawyers watching; when the contributions prior to your post no 23 were about the chances of Torair lasting longer than the summer? Why didn't you just clarify that you are not involved with this company?

love22fly: Yes I am sure many of us need therapy but that is due to the stress, anxiety and financial ruin that has been heaped onto us by PW.

I know many people, who were in Viking and XL, who bent over backwards trying to make it work. What did they all get NOTHING not even the courtesy of a call to say it was over just a generic dear colleague letter, from VIK, saying off!
Money not paid for work done! Forget the statutory rights for a moment.

Oh and no actual communication from XL at all. Just the administrators there to greet crews when they got back. Nice personal touch there!

If you are in actual fact Phil Wyatt then I would take a long hard look at yourself. Families and their innocent children have paid the price for your apparent "entrepreneurship". I would welcome your response to this.

love22fly

May I suggest you read the Viking thread and then maybe, just maybe, you will understand the damage that has been caused to peoples lives through the collapse of XL and Viking. If you cannot understand, then you must be heartless or your name is Wyatt.

Move on ? ... I'm sure they have but they will never forget whilst they are owed substantial amounts of money.

love22fly in what world do you live where you think it is appropriate to make comments like "get over it" when you obviously have no idea of the impact on our lives from the fallout of the failures of XL and Viking. Words truly fail me as to your complete ignorance and sympathy to all those caught up in this debacle!
You are probably one of those selfish morons who would moan about the loss of their holiday before thinking about all those innocent employees whose lives have just been turned upside down and the impacts on their families. Yes we all understand it is frustrating to miss out on a holiday and the upset involved, but for once step back and consider the real fallout!
I second TSR2's comments. Read the XL threads, the Viking thread and then come back with an informed comment. The only thing I can think of is that you are in some way linked to the PW clan otherwise you would not be supporting them so keenly.

We know they are; the glitch on the flytorair.com site that over the weekend proved they are absolutely linked to Viking has since been rectified. I do hope somebody got a screen print.

Nothing on this thread is incorrect. Entrepeneurship?! If the likes of TOM and TCX can keep people like you out of the UK market, then I am delighted to throw my cash at them.

Hey to all,

I dont post very often but just wanted to say that it would probably be best if nobody even responded to this love22fly. I think the responses from this individual sum up what is the greatest problems in the UK these days. Lack of education, lack of knowledge and to compensate for this lots of mouth and attitude.

The way you have written your last reply love22fly it looks as if you did not have a very good English teacher - the grammar and spelling is terrible. Suggest you have a few lessons on how to write the English language properly and while you are it also on how to respect your fellow human beings!
