Small Planet Airlines are the re-branded 'Fly LAL Charters', they are planning to drop their 757's after the Winter and will be taking on 2 737-800's from next Summer. Believe their Summer 2011 bases are still being decided but likelyhood is they will base one or two in the UK for charter flights.

There's been one of their 737's parked in BRS for the last few days
It operates one of the Chambery ski flights each week and seems to position to other airports at other times (I think Cork is one), though it's often parked up on the Eastern Apron.

they are not serious at all, there are much better option on the market. The assessment is a joke .. expect to play around with a fake HR and a chief pilot that was still FO on october 2011.. the entire situation is ridicolous

My understanding is that they will base one B737 in MAN and/or LGW and another in Milan for five months this summer - doing charter work for whoever. They are offering assessments in Vilnius next week on 10th May. They are looking for Captains and First Officers.

I thought that Small Planet were using an A320 this summer for there charter flights with Newmarket Holidays around the UK bases but looks to be a Boeing 737 300 again
If you go onto there web site and look under " services " it gives the location of the aircraft on a daily basis for those that might be interested

Earlier this autumn, the German and Polish subsidiaries of Small Planet sought court permission for restructuring. Now the Lithuanian parent company has done the same thing. Apparently the Lithuanian parent gave some guatantees in the past to creditors of the German and Polish companies
This does not sound good, especially for an airline which makes its money out of flying people on charter flights from northern Europe to the beach when it's the end of October

Meanwhile, parent company Small Planet Airlines has this week also filed for insolvency in Lithuania following the insolvencies of its subsidiaries in Germany and Poland. CEO Kristijonas Kaikaris blamed the step on the insolvencies of the two subsidiaries, whose debts were higher than the profits of the parent company.
