Small Planet Airlines Sp. z. o. o has entered restructuring process [in Poland]. The aim of the restructuring is to reduce the number of aircraft and to attract additional financial investment. All Small Planet Airlines flights from and to Poland continue under reduced schedules, agreed with tour operators. More details on Small Planet website.
In Germany Small Planet Airlines has stopped flying on October 31 after the failure of last-minute talks to find a buyer.

Following the failure of Small Planet, PW has once again created a parachute for himself. It's called Scanblu. Their website has been designed by XA Digital, a company run by PW's daughter Emma. And so Small Planet joins the list of PW's failures. Just wish the CAAs of Europe would publish the names of ultimate beneficiaries behind all these airlines. This would save tour operators and passengers a lot of heartache and money.
