Air Transport Users Council

My company is always banging on about ontime departures, and how well we do in the Air Transport Users Council Charter Airline League Table. However looking at the latest one, of the 16 airlines that made the list (down from 22 the year before), only 10 are still around. It is likely that by this time next year, they'll be even less. Is this league table now a waste of time? Has it ever been of any relevance to anyone outside the public relations office?
