Location, location, location… With Manston basically surrounded on three sides by the English Channel and a lack of demand from the local Cod and Halibut population for air travel the airport is always going to struggle.

I just love the comment about being a busy week. What would you call a quiet week? Maybe no movements.

Sighs.....there aren't just pax flights.....there will be a mix of freight, bizjet. circuit training and GA flights too....as there are every day.

As I dont live close enough to see for myself, but I am reasonably confident that the portacabins would not be for OASiS's use James.

They only use MSE for it's runway during their base training flights, and on the very rare occasions when they have to do a full-stop landing, the crew usually go to the terminal building.
