Skybus

Skybus, the Ryanair stile lowcost launched in US, has today announced its destinations, with services from Columbus to Burbank, Portsmouth, Kansas City and Richmond.

The company will charge for all food and drinks onboard and it looks like on its website it is asking passengers not to bring their own.

Its also somewhat falsely advertising its destinations. Seattle/Vancouver is really Bellingham, WA, a small airport an hour and a half drive north of SEA and an hour south (and across the border) from YVR.

People dont mind these destinations outside of the main city,
have you not seen Ryanairs passenger numbers grow
year by year.

Many passenger dont mind paying peanuts if the Airline
can get them near-ish to where they need to be.

Airline supposidly sold 150,000 tickets within the week of launching website!

Great for the airline! The Irish's way of aviation maybe about to explode onto the US scene!

Watch out Jetblue and Southwest, there are new boys in town!
