Meals included or buy them?

I've just been on an Inghams ski charter with First Choice Airways. The hot meal was muck both ways. I would far rather have bought (or brought) something actually worth eating.

Can someone please tell me how the contract works? Is it Inghams that insist on hot meals but then fails to pay enough to create something edible? Or was it First Choice's decision to serve up this stuff?

Give me lo-co anyday. At least if you pay good money for something you can bang the table and get your money back if it isn't edible.

the tour operator demand a meal is served as they say their customers demand it usually on a ski flight this because there is a longish transfer to resort.......however inghams would pay fca to provide a hot meal so it will be fca's choice to serve " muck "!!.the ski flights are very short and in my opinion a hot paninni and a tea or coffee is prefered and many passengers comment on this.
