Excel positioning A/C to YVR

On Monday 15Aug05 an Excel A/C was showing as positioning to YVR. Does anyone know why they were heading out there?

The 767 300 was operating a return flight back into Exeter Airport then positioning back to LGW , dont know who the charterer was though

Boy Scouts I believe. Excel operated the outbound to YVR on Aug 1st.

IIRC this was mentioned on the BBC a couple of weeks back. If it is the same group, I believe that a local lottery winner who is also a scout master took the local scout troop on the trip of a lifetime to Canada.
