I suspect these aircraft have been leased under an ACMI agreement meaning the airline operating the route provides the insurance cover.
G-BUKA, Atlantic's Metro, is not LCY capable.

But if the Atlantic aircraft are leased to Euromanx in the same way as the Denim Air aircraft, should that not mean that Euromanx "ticket provides for Air Atlantic" , "ticket provides for Highland Airways" etc. and not just Denim Air?
Out of curiosity, does the passenger get the exact same ticket no matter which airline operates the route?

Isle Of Man deserves a decent home-grown Airline. Ex-Manx bods been recruited, 2 RJ70's will appear soon as will a Dornier Jet. The Euromanx heirachy have worked their butts off to make this work, so stop whinnying and speculating and wish 'em good luck!
p.s yes, lots of ACMI stuff recently, including the Denim Air 'Landing is imminent!' chaps, but the published routes will be well received by the Islanders.
For God's sake......Flaaare!

AOC
Didn't I see somewhere that they now have an Austrian(?) AOC.
I wonder how that fits with the JAR-OPS requirements for operating base (JAR 1.175 c 2). Whens the IOM-VIE service starting?

Went back to the IOM to see folks this weekend with EuroManx on a £32 return ticket!
On checking in for return I was chatting away to the check-in lady. She said the 146's (one or both ?) was due on Friday, but has been held up and she thought it was being painted.
We had a very "interesting" landing with Denim Air on Friday. Seemed to be coming in quite fast (only in my opinion, who am I to question professional pilots!) and the plane was swaying quite a bit. The back wheels barely touched the ground and we up again at a steep ascent with the undercarriage being lifted immediately. Pilot later said that there was a sudden change in the wind, so we'd try again. It was quite "choppy" up there!
