If you don't like it at flybe, do your colleagues a favour and leave. If you hate it so much, why do you stay, when all your colleagues are apparently leaving?
Put up or shut up.
At least stop the constant whinging.

Valid point.
I think Flybe would be a great airline if they consolidated on the dash 8-400 on routes such as those you mentioned. However, if you look at the CAA data highlighting pax carryings, TLS and PRG were similar in terms of load to most of their SOU routes. This indicates yeilds were low. (low for Flybe but probably fine for EZY)
I doubt their SOU-Cherbourg route will be long-standing for reasons too numerous to mention... not least the fact that most second home owners are located to the south of the region, and therefore going by ship with your own car. Well, it be be interesting to see how it pans out.
ps: i hate it when this site gets too personal... come on guys live and let live

A suggestion - well at least at this time:
Before you press the SUBMIT button re-read your post. If it sounds that you are going over the top, you probably are. So.....change it.
It saves us mods a lot of work.

Nakata,
Flybe operate 2 types of a/c - DHC-8 and BAe 146. The 737's on the way are operated by Astraeus on behalf of flybe.
I have family and I know of many other English people living in Normandy and they can't wait for the day when they can hop over the channel to see us for the weekend and vice versa. Not everyone travels to France for a 'Booze-cruise'! Long gone will be the days of chugging across on a ferry for 3-5 hours. The company will try a new idea and see if it succeeds. It's called 'innovation'.
Any business would be daft to carry on operating loss-making routes. The Lo-co business is an ever-changing business. Go figure.

PPRuNe Pop, point taken and taken on the chin.
However M.W. Is the Flt Ops Director and that is no great secret.
Equal Moderating would also be appreciated.
The Toll now stands at 29 confirmed resignations and I appologise if it's my fault that they have all resigned.
As I mentioned earlier on before the bitchin started....Interesting Times ahead.

Ahem Flighrider, take a look at my posts concerning Bwia and Continental airlines.I think you will find I had another few right as well.I have 1 more to come to fruition but thats a surprise. However I will give a little hint of whats to come in future.A lovely new pier strutting out from what used to be gate 18 at BFS equipped with up to 8 stands. If anyone find themselves in departure lounge check out the corridor at gate 18 that leads to nowhere at the mo.

Hold on a minute just have a quick check of my crystal ball..........
...i can see it now by the end of the year BA will pull out of lhr and move all of their operations to brs. Man will shut down and easyjet, ryanair and flybe will join in a triple alliance making them the worlds largest airline unfortunatly they will only fly between bhd and bfs. In case you cant tell im taking the piss but glynn with most of your ramblings mine make more sense.
